Start date: June 10, 2021.<\/p>

End date: August 22, 2021<\/p>

Communication to authors about accepted papers (**see note below)<\/strong><\/h5>

Start date: June 18, 2021 (as submissions start)<\/p>

End date: September 5th, 2021\u00a0<\/p>

Preparation by the authors of the Videos for each accepted work. The link to the\u00a0 Instructions Manual will be sent to the authors responsible for the submission.<\/strong><\/p>

Start date:\u00a0 It starts when the author receives the acceptance email. Please note that the video must follow the Manual that will be sent together with the acceptance email<\/p>

End date for submission by video link authors: Ideally, 9 days after the receipt of the acceptance email.<\/p>

Registration and Payment – For authors<\/strong><\/p>

Start date: June 30, 2021\u00a0<\/p>

End date: September 15, 2021<\/p>

Disclosure of the General Program of the 18th CONTECSI<\/strong>: September 23, 2021.<\/p>

Congress<\/strong>: October 13, 14 and 15, 2021.<\/p>

Confraternization Dinner<\/strong>: Postponed to the 19th CONTECSI, 2022.<\/p>

Pre-conference activities<\/strong>: October 10,11 and 12, 2021.<\/p>

(*) The 18th CONTECSI Coordination reserves the right to change the above dates due to unforeseen facts or changes in the Covid 19 Plan to Combat Pandemics in the State of S\u00e3o Paulo and in the Municipality of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>
